ISO / IEC 27001 Certification

Crowd Cast, Ltd. We are also announcing that on December 25, 2018, we have already obtained ISO / IEC27001 (ISMS Information Security) certification, which is an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). According to the "Law for Partial Revision of the Banking Act, etc." that came into effect on June 1, 2018, registration as an electronic funds transfer agency is required to make API (Application Programming Interface) connections with financial institutions in Japan. As the Company that promotes corporate cashless, we have developed "Staple", a corporate cashless platform that integrates card payments such as corporate prepaid cards, payment management, and expense settlement, for companies and employees, to make money exchange simpler and smarter. Following the completion of the registration as an agent for electronic funds transfer, we will further strengthen cooperation with various financial institutions and focus on service development so that we can provide the best cashless experience.

[About ISMS and ISO / IEC 27001 certification]

ISMS is an acronym for "Information Security Management System" and is a "mechanism for managing information security". In Japanese, it is commonly called "information security management system". The international standard ISO / IEC 27001 / Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Q 27001 "Information Security Management System-Requirements" is used as the standard for this system. The "ISO / IEC 27001 certification" system is a system in which a third party evaluates and certifies that the constructed ISMS conforms to ISO / IEC27001 / JISQ27001.
